This is am absolutely amazing hat! It really is exceptional. Made of a vivid lime green silk the top is formed and shaped with seaming done to visually divide it into quarters. The brim is top stitched and perfectly shaped as well. It has a tie that you can knot under the chin or use to have the hat sit on your back when you are not wearing it. It is this insane combination of a child hat mixed with chic French sophistication. Made in France and of couture quality it really is one of those pieces that made me draw a breath when I took it from the box! Excellent condition!

21" in diameter though meant to sit more on top of the head and not be not pull down tight onto it. The tie is attached and has no opening - it is one loop that you tie to adjust if you wish. It is also set on either side slightly off center - this hat is meant to sit slightly tilted and turned when worn!
